Q:  As a renter, what am I required to bring?

A:  Renters are required to bring:

• All paper products
• Toiletries & soaps
• Towels
• Linens (option service provided)
• Trash bags & any cleaning supplies that you require
• Tire chains & snow shovel (during the winter months)

Q:  Is any part of the cleaning fee refundable?

A:  Cleaning fees are non-refundable

Q:  How soon can I check in?  And, when to I need to vacate the rental?

A:  Rental occupancy begins at 3:00 pm; Check-out time is 12:00 pm
